A Word Of Hope!
Last night while at a meeting at Nehemiah Ministries in Marietta, Georgia, the Lord brought these verse and thoughts to my mind and wrote them on my heart and I thought I would share with you A Word of Hope this morning!
21 This I recall to my mind [to my heart], therefore have I hope. 22 It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassion’s fail not. 23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. 24 The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him [That is one of the things the Lord has done over these last four years, is to make me realize, that I was never, ever without hope, it may have been a thread, but I have never, ever been without hope] . 25 The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. 26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD. Lam 3:21-26 (KJV)
The emphasis was on Hope, Mercy, Compassion, New every morning, Faithfulness,Our portion, that our hope is in Him
Good to those who wait, to the soul that seeketh (that pursues Him)
To hope and quietly wait for the salvation, the victory, the deliverance of the Lord!
What an awesome word to us!
To wait, to seek, to hope in Him who will set us free, who will break the bands, the fetters that have held us back.
That His compassion is towards us, that He is our portion, it is He that gives us the strength, the power to wait, to stand, to be strong and to see the salvation of our God, our deliverer!!
That we are at a time that He is saying Be still and know that I’am the I’am, the Almighty God, the Creator of heaven and earth, that even this day, be still and know I’am God, that deliverance is in my hand!
Be not weary in waiting for you shall not be consumed, you shall be delivered, for it is good to wait patiently upon me.”
Our hope is in God!
Till later,
Paul
The brackets are my thoughts in the verses.

Hi Paul, it’s been a long time. Just wanted to stop by and read some of your inspiring posts. I’ve missed it. I had my computer upgraded to XP and it’s nice and I seem to surf a bit faster too on dial up. I hope to get by more often. Love and ~hugs~
