The Dawning Of A New Day!
Just sitting here this morning at the table, looking out the bay windows, waiting for the dawning of the day, to rejoice in the unveiling of the sun, that chases away the darkness of the night. That the dawning of a new day has begun with a freshness, the sounds of life beginning to move, the singing of the birds, the wind in the tree’s, the songs of the morning!
Reminding us that today, is the day, that the Lord has made, we will rejoice in it!
Our Father has given us hope in the rising of the sun and just as the sun rises, so the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ, rises within us, as we wake to the day, as we lift our hearts, in a sacrifice of praise, of worship, of adoration!
That before the day has begun, we are to lay at His feet, our worries, our fears, our wounds, our loneliness, on the altar.
And then to behold the Lamb of God and receive the new life, the fresh start He has given us.
Forgetting the past and moving forward into this day, that the Lord has made!
Let us indeed rejoice in this day!
