Get Passionate!
What is our passion, what is it that we are doing with our lives right now?
How passionately are we pursuing The Lord, seeking to know him, to come to a place of intimacy, of oneness with him, of being in a place of hearing his heartbeat?
Do we truly realize that the Lord waits for us, he wants to be wanted, to be part of our life, to walk with us, on this path called life!
Think about it! Our Father, the creator of heaven and earth, the one who speaks and it is, takes delight in you, in me. That when we come to Him with our hearts open to Him, He draws near and brings us into His presence.
Over the last four years, many, many times I have seen the Lord draw close to me through His word, through His people, through the words that others share.
He is desiring to bring us to a place of knowing Him, not just about Him, to come to a place of daily communion, so that it reflects in our lives and brings hope to others, to see that in the storms, the valleys, on the mountain tops , through life, He is with us, never leaving or forsaking us.
I don’t know about you, that stirs my soul, my heart, to know that we have an eternal father who takes delight in those who call upon Him, who seek Him and then He brings us together with others in life, online and offline, that we might build up one another.
That is the one thing that I have already seenĀ at Shout Life, and here at Hill Country Thoughts, that we are building up one another, encouraging one another in the faith, encouraging each in the gifts and talents that have been given to us.
I pray that we passionately pursue the Lord, for in pursuing Him, we are being changed and in being changed, we are becoming more and more like Him and isn’t that what it is all about, to become like Him?
Till later,
Paul

What an inspirational post Paul. Thanks for the visit, I love hearing from you. I am adjusting to the CPAP, but feel I will need the full face mask too in the long run. I don’t know if I can break the habit of mouth breathing. I am trying. God Bless you!

Hi Nancze,
Thank you for blogging by!
Always a blessing when you do. Thanks for the encouragement.
I so prefer the full mask, CPAP, takes a little getting use too, but it sure does help.
Blessings my friend,
