With A Thankful Heart Part 2

Wisdom, knowledge, understanding all come from being in His presence and His word, daily. And this is one area that I have been lacking for several months, because I was focused on me and what I would do and what the Lord did this morning was wake me with a revelation of what was going on and that open my eyes to see and to repent and the awesome thing, is the Father, forgave me, right then and there and we begin to walk anew, in communion and fellowship, walking side by side.

He so wants us to walk in fellowship with Him. He created us to be in communion with Him and when we learn to commune with Him, then we will learn to have communion and fellowship with others, with our families, our friends, those He brings into our life on a daily basis.

As I set here this morning, looking back at my life post 2003, how my life was forever changed, as I went through the chemo, radiation, two surgeries and the divorce. The Lord carried me through it all, and out of it, birth new life, a relationship with Him, that drew me to Him.

The battles were real, the anger, the pain, the hurts, disappointments where real, but the Lord took it and on the potter’s wheel of life, He forged my life into an instrument that could be used in His hands and for that I am eternally thankful.

The trials, the pains, the wounds, the hurts we go through, will if we allow them, cause us to grow, to mature, to yield to the Master potter, and allow Him, to take this lump of clay, called life, to make into instruments of beauty in His hands, to reach out and touch others, to share from the heart, from relationship, out of what we have gone through and in doing so, sharing the new life we have and hopefully that seed will be planted in others.

Some of us will plant seeds, others will water and others will reap the harvest, but the awesome thing is that the Lord, has forged us all together as one, to share and to give hope to others. Taking us out of the four walls of the church, taking us out of our comfort zones and to shine brightly wherever He plants us and to do so with a thankful heart.

It is all about Him, always has been and always will be!

Sufferings are God’s winds, his contrary winds, sometimes his strong winds. They are God’s hurricanes, but they take human life and lift it to higher levels and toward God’s heavens.

    Hi Phyllis,

    Thank you for blogging by!

I really appreciate it when new brothers and sisters in the Lord drop by.

The Lord has taken all that I have gone through and brought life out of what the enemy meant for death.

Out of adversity life was brought forth and for that I give glory to the Lord.

    Be blessed,
