Really, Coffee Conversations!!

Hi Everyone!

Just thought I would take a few minutes to share with you my setup, when I am at Starbucks, as well as other places, writing, having coffee and visiting with friends.

The Lord has made me totally portable :)

The phone uses VOIP (Voice Over The Internet Protocal) and it works great. I can talk to anyone in the world. Instead of using a headset and mic. It works with a free program called Skype .

I can talk to anyone in the world who has Skype for free and make call’s to anyone in United States and Canada for free on their regular phones until January 2007. Skype to Skype, is always free! The phone uses a USB port!

Just wanted to share with you how the Lord has blessed me and enable to me to write, share and stay in contact with anyone in the world :) .

    Paul,

It must be wonderful to be so portable. I’m trying to picture myself stuffing the tower and monitor, plus all the extras, into my purse to go for coffee. :)

Great to see a photo of you relaxing at your Starbucks “desk” while using your phone setup. I’m looking forward to trying out Skype myself one of these days - when I get a headset.

    Keep writing,
    Jan

Hi Paul, it was wonderful to see your comment today, and of course you may add me to your reads. I will do the same and add you. I kind of got out of the habit of blogging each day but now I seem to be back (with a new blog) and I’m enjoying it again. I’m also reading God’s word more and have a small group of online girlfriends that I’m studying with. We may be moving to Denver Colorado this Summer, our house is up for sale and we are just waiting. I’m praying God’s timing is perfect and we can sell and move all at once, rather than sell and rent for a month or two if we don’t have a date to go! I’ll come by often to catch up with you. Hugs Denise

Hi Paul! Thank you so much for stopping by today. Your comment made me smile :) I think your phone setup is very cool! Who would have ever thought you could use the computer to call people. I may have to look into that. Have a very blessed new week!! Hugs!

    Hi Jan,

It is kind of nice to be portable. Was not always like this but the Lord sure is faithful.

I can see ya stuffing all that into your purse. Will actually you can. It is a Palm Pilot Life Drive. You can check e-mail, surf, etc. Also has a little keyboard you can get with it also :)

It is always relazing at Starbucks. I enjoy it a lot. A lot neat friends, and new friends each day.

As far as Skype. I don’t worry about the lawsuit. Skype to Skype is free, next time I talk to you on the phone I will explain how it works again.

Blessings my friend. It is always a blessing to visit with you!

    Hi Denise,

What a blessing to have you blogging by again.

Really like your new site. Looks really great.

Things where slow for me for a couple of months but I am getting back into the swing of things with the Lord.

That is really cool about your online Bible Study. That is really neat.

God’s timing is always perfect my friend. I know it has been so with me since being here in Georgia.

I look forward to your visits my friend. Be blessed!
