Majesty!!

What a beautiful morning!

A day to give thanks to the Lord!

As I was walking back last Friday morning to the house, after putting my grandson Jordan on the school bus I noticed the tall pine tree’s in the early morning light, stretching toward the sun so to speak, in adoration and worship drawing strength from warmth of the sun.

The Lord made me realize that what He has been showing me over the last few weeks as I awoke each morning, the importance of coming into the light of His presence, of His word and drawing strength in the early morning hours.

That He was speaking to my heart afresh, giving me what I would need for the day to walk in the fullness of His purpose, giving me strength for the day.

It is as we begin to learn this lesson, as we look at creation each morning, in the dawning of a new day, that we can realize an inner strength that comes from dwelling in that presence, of the light of a new day, of walking with the Father, of reflecting the light of the Lord to others around us.

That we live in a real world, living a real life that is based on the finished work of the cross!

That we are walking hand in hand with our Father as He prepares the way before us.

His word, His presence, is a lamp unto our feet, a sure path. That we walk by faith, not always knowing nor understanding but with an assurance that everything that we go through in this life will be used of the Lord to make us the instruments He wants us to be.

Let us behold His Majesty and extend our hearts, our minds, our spirit to Him and be changed within. That He who has begun a good work in us will finish that which He has started!

It is so awesome to know that we serve the King of Kings. One day every tongue will declare He is God. One day every knee will bow.

    Dear brother,

I trully like how you delight in the Lord. Even I as a Christian find it hard to enjoy Him. Thus far I’ve been feeling miserable due to not feeling Him there, and have not been hearing from Him.

    In Him,
    ~Lawrence~

    Paul,
I really enjoyed this one. I got up early this morning and saw the first rays of light coming from the east and the shine of its rays on the snowy mountain peaks to the west. It was a beautiful, quiet moment. A little kiss of God upon my heart.

Perhaps… but I have a feeling that in eternity we will see this world as less real than the one that will never fade.

    Hi Lawrence,

It is always a blessing to have you blog by my friend.

I understand a little brother. If I depended on how I felt, I would have stopped a long time ago.

It is the moving on and pressing on based purely on the fact that the word of God is true and what He has spoken He will do and those are the times we must hold on to the Lord, even if it is but a thread.

    Be blessed my friend,

    Your brother and fellow-servant,

    Paul
