Coffee Cup Ministry and Tea Too :-)

If there is one thing I enjoy, is a good cup of coffee and fellowship and time to sit and talk with friends, old and new.

Starbucks is one of the places that I spend time, especially the one on Cobb Parkway, near Wal Mart here in Kennesaw. I always drink the house blend and they also have some super tea for you tea drinkers!

The other day, I kept feeling the Lord speak to my heart to create and begin, as part of Hill Country Thoughts, Coffee Cup Ministries.

A one on one ministry, of learning to exhort, lift up and encourage others in life, in ministry, in their writing and in the tasks that the Lord sets before them to do.

I spent Saturday night at a home meeting at my friend’s Bill and Paula’s house. We all sat around the table, talking, sharing , laughing and just enjoying the company of each other and that was nice.

We sometimes wonder where our ministries begin and often time, I think, it is right where we are. Wheither it is at Starbucks or at home.

It is coming to realize that wherever we are, the presence of the Lord will be with us and we simply have to take a step of faith and trust the Lord for the fulfillment of that which He has spoken.

My friends Bill and Paula, stepped out in faith and the Lord honored that step of faith. Read Christian Fellowship, at Paula’s BelieveNGod Blog.

Pray with me my friends, that this part of Hill Country Thoughts will be used for the Glory of the Lord, learning what it means to minister one on one, one cup at a time.

Till later,

Paul
