Morning Thoughts In Kennesaw!
It is a beautiful morning here in Kennesaw! It is around 04:47 in the morning and I awoke to the sound of a quiet house, the presence of the Lord and a peace within, reminding me how blessed I am.
It is a day to be thankful. To rejoice in the presence of the Lord for all that He is doing in my life as well as in the lives of my friends and family. To know that my Father is in charge. That He has already prepared the way before me.
That I choose this day to give Him the first fruits of the day. To give all honor and glory due His name. That it is really awesome to wake with a desire to walk with my Father.
For me the morning hours are becoming a time of refreshing, of being touched by the Spirit of the Lord.
Remember when you wake in the morning, that your Father yearns for that time of intimacy with you. Of being able to minister Spirit to Spirit. To prepare you for the tasks of the day, to gird you about with the full armour of who He is so that you can walk upright in all that you are in Christ.
Today is the day that the Lord has given us. Today is the day that He speaks to our hearts and says rise up my child and let us walk together. Let me show myself strong in you this day.
Our Father is bringing us back to His intent, to that place of knowing Him, not just about Him. To be fully acquainted with Him as He opens our hearts to receive from Him, from His word.
That the aroma we give off, is that presence of the Lord that draws others to want to know more and gives us opportunities through day to minister, to share with others, to encourage them.
When our focus shifts from us to Him, then healing is brought to us as we give out of what has been given to us to share. It is one of the side effects of walking with the Lord.
As we give out, even in the simple things, their is healing that is given to us, that works within, eventually shinning forth, so that others see the hope that is within!
Till later,
Paul
